Under the theme “Launch your career into space!”, the event brings together companies and organizations from across the space industry with students who are passionate about space, technology, and innovation.
Connecting students with the space industry
Space Exploration & Aliens creates a meeting place between students and companies working in, or connected to, the space sector. Throughout the day, students can discover different career paths, learn about innovative technologies and projects, and connect with industry professionals.
For companies, the event is an opportunity to showcase their technology and expertise, engage with future engineers and technology professionals, and meet potential future employees.
From classroom to space
For Ixys, this event is particularly relevant through our collaboration with UiS Aerospace. Ixys provides VJU Studio software and camera equipment used by the student team in the development and testing of their Phoenix 2 rocket.
Through this collaboration, Ixys technology is being put into practice in a real aerospace project, supporting monitoring, data collection, testing, and analysis throughout the development process.
Space Exploration & Aliens is therefore a great opportunity for Ixys to showcase our technology, share our experience, and meet students who are eager to turn their interest in engineering and technology into a career.
