New selective soldering machine
Optimizing production efficiency and quality
We have invested in a new selective soldering machine from Japan, ordered in May this year, which is now on its way to becoming an integrated part of our production line. This machine represents a significant step forward in both efficiency and quality in the production process.
What does a selective soldering machine do?
The machine automates the soldering of through-hole components, a process that has previously been manually performed and is highly time-consuming. Using a “fountain” of molten tin, the machine solders from the underside of circuit boards with great precision and accuracy.
Why is this important?
The increased demand for our standard products has led to larger production volumes and a higher workload in manual soldering. The new machine will not only streamline production, but also ensure consistent, high-quality soldering – every time.
This investment is part of our strategy to meet the needs of the market with modern, forward-looking technology, while maintaining our commitment to quality in all stages of production.
