Since 2018, Ixys has been honored with this distinguished award presented by Dagens Næringsliv.
Only 2% of Norwegian companies achieve Gaselle status, and Gaselles create 47% of all new jobs in Norway. They represent Norway’s most successful and profitable growth companies.
The Gaselle Award is the country’s most prestigious event and knowledge-sharing platform for small and medium-sized growth companies that are rapidly expanding.
To qualify as a Gaselle, companies must meet the following criteria:
- Revenue of over NOK 1 million in the first year and NOK 5 million in the last year.
- Positive overall operating results.
- Has been a limited liability company.
- At least doubled revenue over five years.
- Avoided falling turnover.
- Submitted approved financial statements.
