We are incredibly proud to once again be recognized as a Gaselle company by Dagens Næringsliv – for the eighth year in a row.

Ixys team celebrating the Gaselle Award 2025 for the eighth consecutive year

Since 2018, we have consistently met the strict criteria for the Gaselle Award, which honors Norway’s fastest-growing and most financially solid companies every year.

Recognizing Norway´s strongest companies

The Gaselle Award is given to businesses that demonstrate steady growth over several years and maintain positive operating results. Only a small number of Norwegian companies achieve this distinction, and even fewer manage to retain the title year after year.

A culture built on innovation and collaboration

Receiving the award for the eighth consecutive year confirms Ixys’ stable growth and strong culture of quality, innovation, and collaboration.

“Being named a Gaselle company once is a mark of quality, but earning the title eight years in a row demonstrates a unique ability to grow, develop, and consistently deliver both quality and profitability. For us at Ixys, growth is about more than numbers. The Gaselle status is the result of teamwork, innovation, and trust from customers, partners, and colleagues working together to develop solutions that set new standards in real-time remote control technology,” says Vidar Haus, CEO of Ixys.

Continuing the journey of innovation

Ixys continues to grow with new exciting projects and looks forward to continuing its journey as a world-class Norwegian Gaselle company.
