Founded in 2014 as a sister company to Envirex and Envirent AS, Ixys AS has been a recognized Gazelle Company since 2018. Our growth has been remarkable, with revenue more than quadrupling since 2016. Today, we are a team of 35 dedicated professionals.
The company is 49% employee-owned, with key stakeholders including:
Vidar Haus – Avionics technician, former ROV pilot, and engineer at Oceaneering
Bjørn F. Esaiassen – Computer and electrical engineer
Sven Hatteland – Avionics technician, former ROV pilot and technician, and R&D engineer at Oceaneering
Together, we bring extensive expertise in control systems, electronic circuit design, software development for both workstation and embedded systems, as well as advanced electronic encapsulation and wiring solutions.
The remaining 51% of Ixys AS is owned by Envirex Group, founded in 2011.
